Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all work and quotes provided by Sky Locks Enterprise ("we", "us"), based at 445 Batu 3, Jln Sultan Azlan Shah, Taman Million, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

1. Services Provided

We provide locksmith services including emergency lockouts, lock replacement and installation, digital smart lock installation, door knob and hardware repair, lock opening for jammed or seized locks, and car unlocking and key replacement services.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before we dispatch. The agreed total is binding for the job described unless the job genuinely turns out to be different on arrival (different lock model than expected, additional damage, etc.), in which case we will stop, explain the change, and re-quote before proceeding.

After-hours and public-holiday surcharges apply where stated in the quote.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work. We accept cash, bank transfer and common e-wallet methods. Payment terms are confirmed when booking.

4. Proof of Ownership

For car-key replacement and certain lock-replacement jobs, we require proof of ownership (vehicle registration card or property documentation) plus matching identification before starting work. This is a security requirement we apply consistently — we will not bypass it on request.

5. Workmanship

We use non-destructive techniques wherever possible. New locks come with the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is guaranteed to be free of defects at the time of completion; report any issues promptly so we can address them.

6. Limitations

We are not liable for pre-existing damage to doors, locks or vehicles unrelated to our work. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a dispatched job, please call us as soon as possible. We may charge a call-out fee for jobs cancelled after we have arrived on-site.

8. Privacy

Information shared during service is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the Malaysian courts.
